From September 11-14, 2023, a Dutch delegation trip on "Innovation for clean Aviation" will take place to Hamburg and Bremen. The trip aims to bring together stakeholders from the German and Dutch ecosystems. Topics include, for example, the efficiency of aircraft and their components and the development of climate-neutral propulsion systems. Subjects such as hydrogen/fuel cells, electric flight, lightweight materials, infrastructure, drones, etc. play a role.

Participants of the trip are well-known players in the aerospace industry and in the research sector as well as smaller players and players from other industries. The following companies have shown their interest so far:

Visits to research institutions and companies in Hamburg and Bremen as well as various networking events are planned during the trip. Together with the Senator for Economics, Labour and Europe and AVIASPACE BREMEN e.V., a pitch event will take place in the morning of September 14 at the BITZ (Fahrenheitstraße 1, 29359 Bremen), where German and Dutch companies and research institutes can meet and exchange.
