In preparation for next February's business trip to the PNAA Advance Conference 2023, the state initiative Niedersachsen Aviation, together with the representation of the state of Niedersachsen in the USA as well as the Pacific Northwest Aerospace Alliance (PNAA) and the Washington State Department of Commerce, held a digital information event focusing on the world's largest civil aviation cluster in the Northwest of the USA.

On December 07, participants received important information about the target region as well as an overview of current developments and opportunities for German companies. After a presentation of the internationalization support provided by the State of Lower Saxony and the planned delegation trip of Niedersachsen Aviation to the PNAA Advance Conference in February 2023, Heiko Steinacher from Germany Trade & Invest San Francisco informed about current market developments in the U.S. in the civil aviation industry and the Honorary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany in Seattle Ulrich Fischer about current market developments in the Northwest of the U.S. and gave important hints for a successful development of business relationships in the United States.

The presentations by representatives of the Washington State Department of Commerce and the Pacific Northwest Aerospace Alliance focused on Washington as an aerospace location and the cluster there with its various services. In addition, the company ZeroAvia reported on its activities and possible business opportunities for German companies.
