The Commercial UAV Expo in Las Vegas (USA) is the leading international trade fair and conference for the commercial drone industry. It brings together key players involved in the integration and operation of UAVs/UAS, including end users, hardware manufacturers, software developers, service providers, and innovators.

For this year’s edition, taking place from September 2–4 in Las Vegas, Niedersachsen Aviation is planning to participate with a joint exhibition stand and offers companies the opportunity to get involved. These participation options are aimed at stakeholders who wish to gain in-depth insights into the North American market and build or strengthen international business relationships.

The business delegation trip is open to participants from across Germany and also provides an excellent opportunity for networking within the delegation.

Your Benefits

As a member of the delegation, you can use the joint exhibition stand as a central meeting point for your business discussions and display your company’s informational materials. Your logo will be featured on an illuminated pillar at the open-concept stand, ensuring high visibility. This visibility can be further enhanced by showcasing exhibits at the joint booth (subject to limited availability).

Participation Options

Option “Logo Partnership”

The organizational fee is €250 (plus VAT). This includes:

• Logo placement on an illuminated pillar at the joint exhibition stand

• Opportunity to display informational material at the joint stand

• Use of the stand as a meeting point for business discussions

• Inclusion in the delegation brochure (available via QR code printed on the illuminated pillar)

Option “Exhibit”

The organizational fee is €500 (plus VAT). This includes:

• All services included in the “Logo Partnership” option

• Use of up to 1 m² of exhibition space for one or more exhibits

Please note:
Capacity is limited and participation cannot be guaranteed. Available spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tickets for the Commercial UAV Expo 2025 are not included in either option and must be purchased directly from the event organizer.

Please complete the registration form and send a signed copy by email to Dr. Henrik Brokmeier (brokmeier@niedersachsen-aviation.de). If space is available, you will receive a confirmation along with the invoice for the organizational fee corresponding to your selected option.

Travel, accommodation, and the purchase of tickets for the Commercial UAV Expo 2025 are the responsibility of each participant.
